9. Location Services

10. Data Sharing with Personal Assistants

When you book a service, we share necessary information with the assigned Personal Assistant to facilitate service delivery, including:

  • Your name and phone number (for contact)
  • Service location address
  • Service type and duration
  • Special instructions you provide

Personal Assistants are independent contractors who:

  • Operate their own businesses with their own privacy practices
  • Are required by our platform standards to protect customer privacy
  • May not share your information with third parties
  • Must delete customer information after service completion

We are not responsible for Personal Assistants' data handling practices beyond our platform requirements.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, maps, analytics). These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

12. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

13. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
