PA cannot manually edit time. Timer starts automatically when service begins and stops when completed. Both customer and PA see the same timer.
Notifications at 5 minutes before estimated time, when time expires, and if service runs 15+ minutes over. Prevents unexpected billing.
You can complete service anytime from your own app to stop billing immediately. PA cannot complete early - they must wait until 5 minutes before estimated time ends. Once completed, final price is locked.
Start and end timestamps permanently recorded. Automatic duration calculation. Full audit trail for any disputes.
Free cancellation before PA accepts or 15+ minutes before service. $15 fee within 15 minutes (compensates PA). If PA is 31+ minutes late, automatic timeout with no charge.
