By downloading, installing, or using the AssisMonter mobile application ("App") or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AssisMonter is a technology platform connecting you with professional, verified personal assistant PAs who provide personal assistance with heartfelt companionship for shopping, appointments, airport, errands, and small tasks. Assistant PAs are not just helpers, but trusted companions and friends. We are a personal assistance service platform, not a Transportation Network Company (TNC).

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account use

4. Use of Service

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use our services to:

• Request personal assistance and companionship services
• Connect with verified personal assistants
• Access customer support and assistance

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Personal Assistants

5.1 Assistant Status

• Personal assistants are independent contractors, not employees of AssisMonter
• Personal assistants may use their own vehicles and are responsible for their own insurance
• Personal assistants set their own schedules and service areas

5.2 Assistant Verification

• We conduct background checks and verification of personal assistants
• However, we do not guarantee the safety or reliability of any personal assistant
• Users assume responsibility for their safety when using personal assistant services

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• We accept various payment methods including credit cards, Zelle, and Cash App
• All transactions are subject to applicable fees and taxes

6.2 Refund Policy

• We offer a 100% refund guarantee if you are not satisfied with the service
• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

7. Service Availability

7.1 Service Areas

• Our services are available in all 50 states of the United States
• Service availability may vary by location and time
• We reserve the right to modify service areas at any time

7.2 Service Interruptions

• We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
• We are not liable for service interruptions due to technical issues or maintenance

8. User Content and Communications

8.1 User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you create or share through our service
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve our services
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate these Terms

• You can opt out of marketing communications through your account settings
• Communications with assistants are subject to our community guidelines

• We are not responsible for the actions or conduct of independent contractor assistants

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AssisMonter and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately

• We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms
• We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice
